About Foster Valuation Company, LLC

The two full-time appraisers, W. West Foster, MAI, CRE, SR/WA; Sue Anne Foster, MAI, SRA, hold Certified General Appraiser designations with the State of Colorado. As indicated above, the appraisers hold Appraisal Institute MAI designations, which require a rigorous level of education and experience. Both appraisers are also members of the International Right of Way Association and specialize in eminent domain appraisal practice. West Foster has been engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since the mid-1970s and Sue Anne Foster since the early 1980s.
